It’s me again on weekends dear friends for some interesting dialogue and conversation with regard to my today’s topic–an unique Indian sweet cuisine TILKUT ,perhaps has no proper English name.
Yes, you may use a near word Jaggery.
A Tilkut is a sweet Indian dessert ,made by grinding Sesame seeds with jaggery or sugar. It’s generally made during winter season and in particular mid of January every year during Makar Sankranti an Indian festival, during this time, people take a bath in rivers.
