An awsome Geo Walk | WBLG | Millennium Park

Sorry for coming late , thanks all of you for making this Geo Walk Meet Up successful .I was inactive in localguides connect for a long due to a hectic schedule as well as my PC has damaged.

By the way we, the West Bengal Local Guides took a part in the Geo Walk in Millennium Park , Kolkata , INDIA. Two new local guides were there , interaction held both side .They had some doubts we tried to make that clear. We helped them to understand the new features of Google Map, new points & levels .

We encourage them to become the BETA user and help to improve the next version of Google Map .We clicked awsome moments there , made some video. While doing these lot of stuffs suddenly heavy rainfall started . We faced there a bright sun shine at beginning & a cloudy rainy weather later . Overall our Meet Up was soo spicy . After that we went for lunch .We enjoyed the whole day .

You did a good job, involving new guys and helping them to improve their activities in maps.

Sorry for you under the afternoon rain, but at the end you had a funny day, and this is important. Mapping should be an alternative and useful way for the fun

It’s a holiday for many, but we, the West Bengal Local Guides community members did not miss an opportunity to meet once again together at the Millennium Park (Kolkata) today afternoon for an unofficial Google Local Guides meetup event, hosted by @SDatta .

It was a great outing with our fellow Google Maps contributors of West Bengal - Sovon Biswas, Amarjit Das, Amit Manna, Ashik Ashique Asik and two fresh members. The weather was perfect, as it rained for a while bringing down the temperature on the bank of Hooghly River.

The Geo Walk ended with a feast at the Domino’s Pizza India, after we walked through the empty streets aside Calcutta High Court, Eden Gardens, Kolkata, Akashbani Kolkata, Khudiram Anushilan Kendra, Netaji Indoor Stadium, Esplanade, Kolkata and New Market, Kolkata.
