It takes about 20 minutes for the puff pastry to semi-unfreeze. (It will be easier to cut and use the puff pastry and must prevent it unfreezes completely.)
Cut the puff pastry into long and thin slices.
Use the slices to cover the top of filling vertically and horizontally one at a time.
Place the pie into preheated 400 degrees F oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Such a perfect post! Thanks for sharing it. Your photos are as always stunning and really showcases the apple pie. That turned out looking really delicious. Do you often make pies? I’ve never tried it, because it looks really challenging.
Apple pie is also my favorite, but my mom grates the apples so when it’s cooked in the oven they are easier to eat. If that makes sense. Nevertheless, it’s a lovely thing to do for Mother’s day and I’m sure you had lots of fun
My mommy always says (the very famous English proverb), “An apple a Day, keeps doctor away.”
I am the one, who don’t like the apple in it’s native form. Instead of eating raw apple, i prefer having apple jelly or apple cider vinegar. For me this dish seems to came from heaven. I hadn’t tried something this one.
You have inserted beautiful photographs. I totally loved it. I definitely gonna ask my mommy to try out this amazing recipe. Thanks for sharing.
@VinayKrishna Thank you so much for your compliments.
I totally get your point and I love food made from apples but not raw apple! I believe apple cider vinegar is also good for our health and keeping us from doctors
It’s worth to try and share with us how you like it
