The business owner has tried for years to correct these errors, unable to get any response or contact. This certainly degrades trust. The staff feel the test is costing them business or at least damaging it.
Likely a page scrape from years ago, the information is stale and far out of date.

This reply isn’t a solution, I think you don’t fully understand the issue.
Take ownership of a business DOES NOT provide full control and there are some issues that has dissuade them from doing it again. THey may never buy Google Advertising in finding how Google revenue products are supported.
This needs to be escalated to either Maps Technical support or the Product Manager.

One day the problem will be brought up in an interview and the inability to get this fixed and customer usability.
With Consideration of Foreign misinformation and basic community and business dominance of Google, one would think there is a more effective method to fix bad information than a volunteer forum and lack of any direct submission of all problems.
