I love good tasty food. But I also care about the place where the food is being served. While I understand that a lot of the good food can be found at the local street markets, I also believe that ambience is key to an overall good experience. The food can be the tastiest but if it’s being served in an unclean location I tend to walk away. I have heard of eateries that are located right next to garbage collection centres and I tend to avoid such spots. I really don’t want to have to deal with food poisoning. Been there, done that!
What I love to do besides just give stars for the review is, do a detailed write up of the food as well as the ambience. Good food must be “tasted” well. And being in the right ambience can give us a better experience when it comes to enjoying food.
