Last friday night I had the inmense delight of attending to the “FALL Vegan Dinner” organized by the recognized chefs of Bien Vegano at one of my favorite spots in Río Cuarto, Letras con Cafe Bar.
In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, we enjoyed a delicious 4-course-vegan-meal.
The appetizer was an extraordinary chickpeas hummus accompanied by a varietyof whole grain breads, lightly toasted in olive oil and sprinkeled with oregano and garlic.
Later, it was time for the main course and the star of the night: a combination of seitan kibbeh and chard, onions and almond cappelletti in tomatoe and tofu sauce.
I would love to insert Google Map’s link to LETRAS CON CAFE in this post but when I try to do it, I get an error message. Would you tell me how to do it, please?! @ErmesT Thank you!!!
Are you sharing from mobile? If so, when you copy the link you will copy also the name of the place, and the url will be at the end of the copied text.
When you paste the link on Connect, using the “insert link” command, you have to delete from the URL box everything before “https”
Oops, I was late Good that you discovered the trick
Attention. It appear that this place is duplicate on Google Maps, so some “local” Local Guide should find the good one and report the other one
