Fried fish I think Liked in all world and also in Pakistan.But in some months we doesn’t eat fish.Its an interesting Myth the months which don’t have “R” letter in their spellings like May to August in these 4 months we don’t eat fish due to very hot weather up to 45°.So we say fish is the winter food. Its liked very much in All Pakistan.
Today I will tell you My recipe and its 100% Guaranteed.
Recipe
Fish 1kg
red chilly 2 tb spoon
Salt 1 tb spoon or as per taste
vinegar 2 cups
Ginger and garlic paste 1tb spoon each
Green chilies crushed 6 to 8
Lemon juice 2 tb spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tb spoon
Carom seeds ”Ajwain" 1 tb spoon
Cumin zeera 1/2 tb spoon
black pepper 1/2 tb spoon
Coriander seeds crushed 2 tb spoon
take fish and put vinegar and mix mix well and keep aside for 1 hour
Mix remaining Ingredients very well after one hour throw the vinegar and mix all ingredients very well and keep for whole night. Now fry it in Mustard oil.
serve it with mint sauce or tamarind Sauce and Salad. you will remember its taste for ever.
