There are many things i want everyone to know about my community, and i will start with some special food, for example we have a special food called “Chiles en nogada”
Is a dish, traditionally served at room temperature with cold cream sauce, from Mexican cuisine, the name comes from the Spanish word for the nut tree, nogal.
Also here in Puebla we have such a great mountain called Popocatepetl, have you ever seen an angry volcano?? well, here in Mexico-Puebla we have an active volcano that is angry, i mean angry because, almost every 3 days this volcano break up his dome and i wish it takes to much years till it makes explosion, because something i love to do y do downhill with my bike by climbing almost 4500 meters and down this mountaing as fast i can.
I rememeber the first time i went because there are many water conductors and i was really scarry because it is the flow of the melted water-ice in the top of this volcano and when it is between 10 am an 11 am it goes down really fast and sound like a tiger grunts whatever, i am really fascinated to share this and more experiences about my comunity with photos, with coments and what an easy way to do this with your smarthphone and google.
