Hello @KaterinzZa ,
Thanks for sharing your experience. I also remember some of the desserts I tried throughout the years. Do you have an idea how “Pasteis De Nata” was made? Have you tried to search for the recipe and make it yourself?
I am curious to hear more about your trip to Portugal. Why don’t you share some of the highlights from your stay there?
I made this dessert at home myself. The recipe was not difficult.
Step 1. We take puff pastry. Cooking cream: in a skillet on the water, add sugar, add cinnamon (1 stick) and a crust with lemon. Bring to a boil and boil a little. Remove from heat. Mix 130 ml of milk with flour, put the rest of the milk on the fire and bring to a boil. When boil, add a thin jet of milk, mix with flour and check to a syrup, which previously removed the cinnamon. Stir. Whisk yellow lightly and whisk in the cream.
Step 2.Puff pastry should be defrosted, rolled and cut into slices.
Step 3. Put the dough in the molds for cupcakes, it is very good to use ceramic, but in the absence of those, foil is also perfect. And lay out like this: take a piece of dough on the bottom of the molds and with fingers spread on the walls.
Step 4. Pour cream over molds and send to preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5. Serve warm, lightly sprinkled with ground cinnamon, but they are also very cold
