AMAZING CHICKEN FRIED

Take your chicken breast and cut it (not all, cut it at the top). Take your cutted chiken and pass it in the flour, also in the cuts. Now take 2/3 eggs and broke them in a plat, and after beat them. Take your floured chicken and pass it in the beated eggs. Take a cooking pan and put on it some oil for fried. Wait a bit time and when is boiling take your chicken breast and fried it for 2/3 minutes. You can serve it in a plat with some salad. Thank and have a good lunch/dinner.

Your recipe looks yummy. For fried chicken, it’s all about the temperature of the oil (about 170 °C) and the time of frying. But i think with 2-3 minutes, the chicken breast won’t be crunchy (for not saying undercooked). For that reason i suggest 7-8 minutes for boneless chicken parts and 15 minutes for chicken Drumsticks.
