I want to inform you that Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect.
You should check the new Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only.
In there you will find a page with the links to manage your Street View Trusted account:

However I would like to remind you that Local Guides is a volunteer program and should not be mixed with a business activity. For more details please read: How to be a Street View trusted photographer while also being a Local Guide by @SonyaN
