Already Published Google 360 tours are gone!

Hi community,

I hope all are doing OK. About one day ago, we have lost all of our clients Google 360 Virtual Tours ! As a Local Guide OpticTour Agency is a level 8 local guide.

We never had this problem before and now 100’ of our clients tours are gone! Also , they have suspended it our local guide account and we have lost all of our points.

What we have to do to be publishing as an agency and how we should market our self as a an agency ,yet remain compliant with the Local Guides program rules? We have already added our branding to the nadir of our 360 images.

Most importantly, what we have to do to bring our tours back? Any Idea?

As far as I understood the Agency you are talking about, has been participating in the Local Guides program as brand, organization or business and not an individual. This is a violation of our program rules, as it’s important Local Guides contribute content as unbiased individuals.

Businesses on Google Maps are maintained by Google My Business.

Hi ,

We know the polices but we have so many agencies that are publishing as a brand not as individual! What we do different?
