Alluring Palampur (Himachal Pradesh)

Hey Google guides :v: :v:

I am Ariyan Paul from Inda. I am a very passionate traveller exploring in different parts of India from many years. As a Google local guide I am diligently working hard to upload photos, giving reviews and also by adding new places in Google maps. One day I wish to be the top rated guiding star all over the world

Recently I have travelled in a beautiful place of Himachal Pradesh i.e

PALAMPUR

Palampur is genuinely a very offbeat destination of Himachal Pradesh . A large number of alluring streams and the snow covered Dhauladhar range easily captivates anyone at its first sight.

My Story-

It was in the month of April 2023 when I started my journey to Palampur from Manali . We booked a cosy cab which surely destined us to Palampur within just 6hrs…

Our driver was also very polite and humble. In the meantime we also had our lunch from a roadside Dhaba and it was also a memorable one.

After completing our luch over there we set out for our original destination.

After reaching Palampur the first thing which attracted me was the mind-blowing beauty of the tea gardens present there.

We had a pre booking in the Gostops (Backpacker hostel) of Palampur. Got an immense service from them. Also played a lot of indoor games inside the hostel property.

The most amazing part of this trip that we also celebrated one of my friend’s birthday party and it really became a noteworthy experience of my life.

Besides that … Saurabh Van vihar park was also a great place to visit with the family members .

Next day we finally checked out from the hotel and with a cup of tea moved towards our next destination AMRITSAR.

So, finally my story ends here.

No more today … hopefully coming with new stories on the next day .

I have to say that I really enjoyed reading your story of traveling to Palampur! You shared a number of photos and some interesting details. I was definitely captivated by the snow capped mountains in your first photo :mountain_snow: Well done!

I’d love to hear more details or see a photo of your memorable roadside lunch.

I wish you much success as a Local Guide and encourage you to keep working towards your Guiding Star goal! I would suggest that you focus more on posting photos to Maps that are relevant to the Point of Interest and share photos of your family and friends in posts like this on Connect.
