Well maybe you´re thinking that love is an essential, but if you don’t truly believe that full stomach, happy heart (sound better in Spanish), you are living on a lie, yeah you get it, I love writing about food. Even if it is eating in the middle of the highway, on your feet, in an elegant place, or would take you an hour to get a table, doesn´t matter, eating is a basic on my life. But what does imply talking about food, the flavor? For sure, but also the people, the valuable people. I love sharing my experiences with food because you can take the unknowing chefs to the world, the woman who learn cooking by watching their gramma, the guy who learn cooking by watching TV, the kid who learn cooking by trying ingredients over and over.
As local guide you can give the opportunity to this unknown people to become popular, but in the case of food is not only the flavor what you taste, is also human interaction. Could be by shaking hands, by offering the news papper, by giving the biggest smile even your grumpy, by being patient and repeat for the third all the flavours, by making you feel at home, however it is, it takes to another level your experience when someone really cares about their clients and that should rewarded.
