All SVs created from the video are now flat images. (PC version Google Maps Web)
And today is the last day of writing on SV related bulletin boards. It’s a wonderful finale.
This is what it looks like when browsing Google Maps Web on Chrome on Windows 10. (00:00, Nov 19,2020 JST)
A friend has contacted me that he has seen the same symptoms on his Mac.
In addition, it seems that this symptom does not occur in the smartphone application.

I will show the situation of this trouble with a video :
This trouble I reported this time is not very terrible.
This is just a display system error. I think and believe it will be fixed tomorrow.
I think this symptom is related to a modification of the display format of the new feature Driving Mode (flat image taken with a smartphone).
And I imagine that it was trouble caused not only by displaying a flat image but also by accidentally applying the same display format to a 360-degree image.
Until yesterday, the SV display in Driving Mode was curved. Please refer to the top image of the following article.

Of course, the SV system is constantly changing, so things change every day.
The Street View system operations group is still left unfixed with terrible troubles.
The trouble is that the SV system can hide or delete the data of users who do not violate the rules, and the recovery action can hardly be executed in the Street View system.
Even in such a situation, they themselves close and delete the Connect bulletin board today, which is a means of communicating with contributors. (The deletion will come next month)
In the future, it seems that the help system, which mainly provides individual consultation, will be used.
And I’ve heard that the answer that contributors get from Google should not be shared with other users.
However, I’m still not sure of any of the above information, so I’d appreciate it if you could post additional information or corrections from someone who has the correct information.
Please see the following article for details on the abolition of the SV bulletin board.

To moderators.
Please do not move this article to the SVTP board that will be closed today.
