All reviews posted on one day not showing up on Maps

I posted approximately 6 or 7 reviews one day a couple weeks ago and they are not showing up on the businesses. When I am logged in, the reviews are there, but when I use an incognito browser (or someone else looks) they are not. Here is one example. On my end this review shows up, but to others it is not there. Any ideas on how to fix this?? https://goo.gl/maps/d4wGDe8mfJPx1vqB6

Hello @csanFW08

The review is not visible in an incognito mode means that has now become private.

No one can see that by accessing the link provided by you.

A review turns private when that fails to observe the guidelines mentioned in the Maps user-contributed content policies.

The automated checks keep on evaluating the reviews periodically

That check can also trigger when someone objects.

Nevertheless, you can edit the review by removing the objectionable content and then that will become public again.

Hi @csanFW08

You posted 42 visible reviews in the last three hours, so near 80% of your total number of reviews.

I believe the algorithm is interpreting your activity as spam, or your reviews are filtered as mentioned by @C_T

If the reviews are not appearing in the places in 24 hours, please follow the indication from the Help page to edit and submit the reviews again: “If a review you wrote has been flagged and removed, you can fix it yourself. Edit your review to follow Google review policies — for example, you might remove a phone number or URL from the review. Your review will be automatically republished.”

@C_T @ErmesT thanks for the input. The reviews were positive and don’t violate the policies. I think somehow Google deemed them as no legitimate (even though they are for companies like my attorney). Is there a way to contact and challenge the private mode? It won’t allow me to delete and repost, so I’m stuck.

I already gave you an indication on my previous reply, @csanFW08 , however I will repeat the answer here:

"please follow the indication from the Help page to edit and submit the reviews again: “If a review you wrote has been flagged and removed, you can fix it yourself. Edit your review to follow Google review policies — for example, you might remove a phone number or URL from the review. Your review will be automatically republished.”

Hello @csanFW08

The automated checks look for specific words.
I had a recent experience of one review turning private.

A five-star review. But that contained a sentence “I got stuck up in traffic-jam very badly”.

Do you find anything wrong in this statement?
Nevertheless, the review became public again the moment I removed that sentence.

Here again, that followed a two-stage process.
First, that reflected in the count of public reviews. Still, the content was not visible on the profile page.
But, after forty-eight hours, the review emerged on my profile page.

Yet, more surprise. Although the review is public, that doesn’t appear on the profile page when I view through an incognito mode.

However, so long as the count of reviews matches in both modes, I need not worry about that for the time being.
