All of my stats and level reset to zero. All of my reviews and associated photos are still present Please help. Thank you!
@KlaudiyaG Can you help us here. Connect profile says Level 8, but the Google Maps profile is at Level 1 but with all the existing contributions.

Please be informed that the Local Guides program is for individuals only. Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the program. Contributions from businesses or business pages will not count toward Local Guides levels and/or benefits. You can continue to contribute to Google maps under this account but because it is a business account it is not eligible to be part of the program. For more information on program eligibility, please check this help center article.

Actually i have a few questions that i need help with. So i am a level 5 crossing over to 6 and one has updated to 6 but my other badge says reach 25 places which i have already but hasnt realized i have reached that amount as well as me waiting for it to pick up that i have 3 edits already approved. Its like pulling teeth to get these badges to acknowledge youve met the goals. You have to go above and beyond whats required because if you just do what the goals are it doesnt pickup unless you bypass it by doing extra. Hope that makes sense. Another thing i was under the impression their would be incentives for high levels but even at level 5 i think i seen an expired email for free socks. And it was too late to get the socks. I thoght you get like 3gb of data or something. And yea i checked the email for anything missed and i haven’t. Idk doing all this for a pat on the back is not going well for me. Im stressing over it not recognizing my data. Idk frustrated to say the least.
So what’s the solution when someone has their account removed from local guides and then are ineligible to return with no explanation, no warning and no outlet for help?
When an appeal is submitted there is no email confirmation, there is no record of the appeal, no way to follow up
Then what in that case? Imagine how daunting, inconvenient and helpless it is to just have an account removed for someone. My wife was removed for no reason other than a business reporting her review that gained a lot of traction because of their racism and discrimination. Google allows businesses to report reviewers who are the just removed from the program. She was a high level local guide millions of views and helpful comments taken away for nothing.
Didn’t know the program allows for racism and promotes discrimination.
@StephenAbraham how can one appeal a ban or removal form the local guide program?
My wife was removed and ineligible to return after her review of a local business gained traction and was reported by the business.
