All my reviews are being suppressed

Why is Google not allowing any of my reviews to go live? This has been going on for about 3 or 4 weeks now. I can post the same review through my business email and it will upload almost immediately but nothing is posting through my personal account. I am a Level 7 local guide.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 112 reviews and only 106 of them are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

If you need to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this useful tip by my friend @C_T.

Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Read: Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, please make a reply there and request your account also be investigated.

@MortenCopenhagen thank you but that still doesn’t answer the question in regard to why I am able to copy the review word for word and publish it under a different account. In other words, an identical review that is being suppressed under my account is going live under another.

Google calculates an individual Trustscore for each of your types of contributions. So your private account obviously has a lower trust score than your business account.

Please do as I suggested in the last paragraph of my first reply.

Also, please be aware that you can’t have two accounts participating in the Local Guides Program.
