My wife notified me today, that she cannot see any of my newer reviews , only those of one month old and below.
I can see those reviews on my profile, however they are not visible to others.
I immediately asked a couple of friends to check that, and none of them can see my latest reviews. They can only see those of one month old and below.
Strange is that all my photos are visible to everyone, as well as my points are calculated accurately.
Only the reviews themselves are not visible.
Even more strange, is that some of my latest reviews were replied by the owners of the shops, so at least they can see them. But no other users can.
Those reviews are not available in the business pages reviews as well. I can clearly see them but …not anybody else.
I’ve put a lot of effort and work on those reviews and this issue is very annoying.
Could someone check and fix that please?

What I can see is that your most recent (visible) reviews are one month old, and I see a discrepancy between your “reviews” tab (121 reviews) and your contributions pop-up (189 reviews).
It can be a server misalignment, that is normally self fixing in 24 hours. When did you noticed this issue?
Of course a technical issue is always possible, but in any case I want to inform you about the most common reasons a review to be made “private”
is the violation of the content policy. Contributions that violate the policies do not count toward your Local Guides level.
I only noticed that today, as I was only informed today about that. But it could be happening for unknown time.
I do hope it is some sort of server misalignment, and not any kind of violation of the content policy, as I always do accurate reviews, in most cases with many photos I shoot myself, from each place I visit and review.
I just wrote another review and fortunately this is publicly visible. However, all of the others, of the last month, are still visible only in my profile.
I also changed today my city, as a local guide, since I live in another city since early November. Do you think this could have something to do with the issue?
In any case, I will wait a couple of days to see if this is a server issue and if not, would you advise me to remove those “invisible” reviews and post them again?
Personally, I had a different issue a few weeks ago, based on the misalignment of databases after a merge of a duplicate place, and maps was asking me to write a review.
I waited for the issue to be fixed, and it was, even if after more than a week.
Changing the city where you live do not have any relations with the missing reviews. It can impact your possibility of being invited to a local event, or to receive a perk, but cannot impact on the visibility of your reviews
Indeed, yesterday night I was able to see a new review of yours, for Nancy’s sweet home, of course after that it was going down to same old Verve cafe you display in your screenshots, review, leaving one month gap and dozens of reviews out! This morning the recent one was disappear and I can only see the photos! I went to the business place, sorted reviews by recent date and yours is not there but when I look to recent photos your photographs appeared!
A strange bug perhaps? Whatever it is I hope it will be solved, I really enjoy your reviews and I hate to see you stop cause of this :).

I still see your new reviews missing so I guess there is no solution yet…

Mind you, in some cases experts sending them here, in local guides connect, but I feel it worth a try.

Google now shadowbans people for spamming. However, their algorithm for detecting spams, detects in reality reviews that aren’t spam for the most part (in my personal experience). Reporting is pointless because their staff don’t care. They don’t even reply for huge legal issues, they definitely won’t care about something like a missing review.
