So, I thought to publish post that cover all the helpful posts from the desk.

The purpose Making this post is only help local guides and makes accessible help desk.

Note: I set the posts are based on Latest to oldest.

Latest-Upper posts.

Clarifications

I believe in that we need to give priorities of other local guides helpful posts,

Because it’s also helps.

Hence, Googlers posts are very limited,

But Local guides posts are unlimited.

Few local guides posts having more information, solution, better understanding.

So, it’s Suitable to add their posts also.

Here, I don’t compare googlers to local guides.

Local guides are cover different topics and different queries in their posts.

Universal Prototype

So, I think we need to,

Universal Prototype that contains,

Googlers posts.

Google moderator posts.

Connect moderator posts.

Local guides posts.

Announcements posts.

I found that some of the announcement posts are looks like more helpful. And it’s needed to publish in help desk or Needed to moves in help desk.

Above all are local guides, but I distribute them based on the position.

How we can Achieve this?

Google moderators,do the review of all important posts,

that beneficial to local guides community,

Here is the Steps and filters to Select other local guides posts in Universal Prototype.

The main things are that,

It’s based on subtopics.

Like,

Meet ups,

Signature,

Macros and many more.

Add all important posts, links, ideas(if needed) under this subtopics and of course it’s relates to subtopics.

  1. Review of the post.
  2. Clarifications and modifications in the post.
  3. Checkout the true and proper information.
  4. Impact on the local guides.
  5. Quality of the content.
  6. Post having Ability to solving queries &questions.
  7. Successful Addition.

After this,The benefits are,

It’s saves Google moderators, connect moderators time, for giving solution.

Because it’s almost cover.

Hence, It’s also true it’s decrease the amount of questions &queries also.

In some cases, that needed solution of the local guide’s question.

Difficulties.

It’s needed Extremely reading, Investigation for checking true & valid information.

After that it’s also takes time to deviding in subtopics.

But, I believe in that it’s really helpful.

Drawbacks of my this post.

I don’t write the date of the help desk post.

After sometimes many new posts should be publish,

So maybe this depends on my activeness on connect.

If I can’t do the balance, after time of period my this post will be outdated.

Maybe, if the any idea or Universal prototype should be implemented,

My this post becomes useless.

So, it’s temporary post.

Which help desk post you like the most?

What’s your opinion about the help desk?

Don’t forget to write in comments.

Thanks.
