Firstly ,In a medium sauce pan add butter,heavy whipped cream and cream cheese.cook it over medium flame and whisk until melted .
Add minced garlic, garlic powder,ital Italian seasoning ,salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add grated Parmesan cheese.
Finally bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 4-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken . Toss it with your favorite pasta
