Hi,

I have eaten in a restaurant located in a famous mall in the outskirts of Paris.

I was horrified about all the hygiene processes and food safety management (HACCP) that were not respected and that every single restaurant must abide by.

I shared my experience not only to altert customers but also to urge the restaurant to fix its failures.

My concern was people’s health, weel-being and safety
