I was wondering if you used a special effect or some filter on the camera like ND or CPL? It will be great if you share this information with us.
I have similar photo and want to share with you. For my photo I used my camera Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF6W with vario lens 14-42mm and didn’t use any filters or effects:
