Al Towia Tower built-in 1928. the main reason for building it is to use it as a small fort to defend the water well behind it. It is the only archaeological landmark within town. It located west of the city. Unfortunately, the municipal didn’t develop the site appropriately. A truck parking lot next to it, and almost there is no coffee or stores close by to encourage people to come around.
