Is there a way to vote to get this AI out of the system?

Its not working and google cant find the problem after a year they made the post(in 4days)
I am sure the trouble started over 2 years ago, summer of 2020 i found it… guess the massiv bug is possible older then covid 19.
Its just a question, but we really need to get rid of it.
Is this a solution?
