After the Mega meet Up: Memories That Linger

Hi :waving_hand:My Dear Fellow LGs,

Now that the Delhi Mega Meetup has come to an end, and all participants have gone their separate ways, I find myself smiling every time I think of those wonderful moments we spent together😊

It wasn’t just a meetup,it was an experience that left a mark on our hearts. The laughter, the conversations, the energy in the air,it all felt so special.
Reading your heartfelt reviews and thoughtful recaps keeps the event alive in my mind, as if we were still there, soaking in the joy of meeting one another.

Oh yes, it was truly a memorable event.
Meeting each one of you was a delight, and coming face to face with the big names in our LG community @Latika_Malhotra ji @TravellerG @TusharSuradkar @Kumaarsantosh
@ShailendraOjha @curatorofmemory was an experience on a whole different level🌟
I’m sure many of you felt the same excitement and warmth. Your presence made it grand. And together, I believe we Delhi Local Guides managed to set a benchmark, one that reflects the strength and spirit of our amazing community.

Now, sitting at home in my quiet corner, my eyes fall on the cotton bag and thoughtful gifts I received that day, from @Latika_Malhotra ji @TusharSuradkar @TravellerG @curatorofmemory, and also the lovely items we contributed as hosts. Each item tells a story, and brings back a smile :shopping_bags::heart:

So I thought, why not share a glimpse of the items here with you all?

Just one meetup, and I’ve come back with so many stickers, badges, and tokens of love. It feels like a beautiful welcome into a big warm family, and I already feel like an old member of this amazing Connect family :heart_hands:

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart :folded_hands:for accepting me so warmly, for the conversations, the hugs, and the memories. Here’s to many more meetups, memories, and magical moments together.

With gratitude and smiles,
Sonam

What a wonderful way to express gratitude and summarize the overall celebration. Yes - it was like a celebration of confluence.

I was impressed by the presentation you prepared which kicked off the show on a high note. Not only content but the way it was narrated with a fine balance of tonal quality, pitch and the throw can’t be described in words. I did give this feedback to you in person infront of many of the attendees but I wanted to put this on record and hence sharing here as well.

I know and can very well emphasize that this is not something which anyone can do easily. It requires a lot of patience, professionalism and creative mindset.

Kudos to you dear @SonamW.

You are one of the fortunates who got such accolades. Be cheerful as always. Stay blessed!

Your words beautifully capture the essence of the Delhi Mega Meetup, @SonamW! :glowing_star:
Reading your post brought back a flood of emotions—it truly was not just an event but a celebration of bonds, belonging, and the shared spirit of our Local Guides family. :yellow_heart:

The way you described every little token and interaction reminded me that it’s these small, thoughtful gestures that leave lasting impressions. That cotton bag, the mug, the stickers—they’re more than just gifts; they’re souvenirs of the love and unity we all experienced.

And a special thank you to you, Sonam, for gifting all of us that fragrant Darjeeling Tea :leaf_fluttering_in_wind:—such a thoughtful gesture that added a personal and flavorful touch to our memories! :hot_beverage:

So glad you felt the warmth of the community—it wouldn’t have been the same without your presence and radiant energy. Looking forward to many more such memorable meetups where connections deepen and memories multiply.:airplane::round_pushpin:

Hello very dear Sonam…
You are a very special person with such a loving personality; you are so humble, affectionate and conquering… your profession has gifted a percentage and 99% you have perfected it…

Your lovely shawl was loved by our daughter and she wants to take it to London…
We are eagerly waiting for my wife to be ready to prepare the special tea for us…

Your warmth and regards before the meet-up will be remembered always… thank you so much… for everything.

And… our session…
Your 4 minutes’ session was excellent - very well complied and presented. In our community, there may be LGs who could have prepared the slides, but your voiceover was AMAZING! The voice modulation, pronunciation, the flow… WOW…it was truly PROFESSIONAL, dear @SonamW - hats off to you, dear friend.

The support you provided throughout the session was excellent :+1:
The care and attention you look was exceptional…
Thank you very much for your kindness and valueable companionship.
Hope to meet you again with God’s grace…

Most sincerely…
