This is a Special Cameroon Dishes coming from the West region. He just taste good. Hope people can enjoy it as well as i‘m doing it.

Hi, thanks very much. It‘is made with cocoyam and yellow soap. But the main spices , all the spices are from Cameroon. It is a speciality of my village.

Hi, where do you leave? If you can find an african shop where you live ore some cameroonian to help you find the spices. It‘is made with cocoyam and yellow soap. But the main spices for the soap, all the spices are from Cameroon. It is a speciality of my village. But you can find it in an afro shop. The name in french is „Taro“
