The global number of out-of-school children of secondary school age rose due to lack of inadequate learning facilities and modern structure, Zanzibar is a Tourist country with lots of white sand beaches with great historical sites.High birth rate makes schools so congested that there are not enough classrooms for student to learn. I believe the high number of tourist here in Zanzibar is an opportunity to make turn around of educational system. With little donations schools can have access to more learning materials.
