Again I am here for a good conversation with my inalienable friends regarding sweet cuisine made from Sesame Seeds. Well friends, we have a lot menus to eat ,but not very sure of its nutritious properties.
Here I will deal with some good advantages of using Sesame Seeds. β
1.good sources of fiber, 2. may lower cholesterol level and triglycerides 3. nutritious sources of plant protein 4. may lower blood pressure, 5. may support heathy bones, 6. good sources of vitamins etc.
So in this regard, uploading two varieties of Sesame seeds made sweat dessert photos. These have been prepared with hot mixing jaggery with Sesame Seeds.
@ShekharMuz_5 Are those 2 made from the black and white sesame? Which one do you prefer? Personally I like both for different items, both are quite unique.
Thanks @StephenAbraham for your interest in these black and white Sesame seeds made small and round shaped sweet dessert. Both are equally good and tasty. But people are generally preferred white one.

See , we have made only one dessert from Sesame Seeds that has shown in post ,it is called Tilkut in Hindi, itβs very popular in our region Bihar and neighbouring states. Itβs mixture of Sesame Seeds and Jaggery/Sugar after heating up to such point so Jaggery melts up with Sesame Seeds.
