I always update business times, create new businesses and update addresses. Usually, address changes are not approved even if I back it up with pictures or anything I can. I’m not sure why and how it can be solved. There are various businesses now with wrong locations

The edit requests are typically handled via Google’s artificial intelligence logic so when it is rejected means the automated process couldn’t match data in the request with what’s in their databases. The place you want to add to Maps may be a place that is not allowed to be added.

This sometimes happens if Google doesn’t fully trust your profile or if you’re the only one requesting an address change while many people visit the business daily.
If you own the business, the best solution is to claim it, as this gives you more control over updates.
I don’t add the places, just edit them
Well it’s very discouraging. I stopped editing stuff for almost a year after I started getting rejections. I’m trying to help. I already added lots of new places and did lots of work, to get me to level 5, the should at least have some trust in my account.
So currently I just don’t edit addresses, but it’s not cool as people are going to get to the wrong spot
All edits are reviewed by an automated system which may be based on the information provided by the local contributors. If your edit is not accepted, don’t suggest the same edit repeatedly because it doesn’t increase the chances of getting approved but it might harm your credibility in this system.
