Hi,

there was a time when I added a location photo in Google Maps that photo became the default location photo. Was it just an accident or are there any settings to do that? That location already has many hundreds of photos before I put mine, but for whatever reason, my photo became the location’s default photo.

I it is a consquance of likes and people filling the Survey.

If it was a business they may selected it. That happen to my wife in Spain in January.

@noelnico The featured photo for a place automatically selected by the Maps. There is no setting to set our photos as featured.

Thank you. There is an advantage because the chance that you photos will have many views.

Hello, can you help me? I have uploaded many Photos in Google Maps, but only few of them appear in my Contribution page.

Hi now I know. Your photos are selected as features photos.

I added 2 photos in 2 places yesterday and I received notification from Maps that my photos are featured. I haven’t seen that notification before but yesterday.
