I suspect because I’m using IPhone 13 With IOS 15 something has changed?

Could you elaborate a little more, maybe we can help? @Peloton52
From other recent reports I suggest you select the place on Google Maps first and then add a photo/video. This way the video will be added to your review later automatically. Don’t try to add the video while adding your review.

Based on my personal experience for being an iPhone user previously Android user for some reason I have problem adding video using iPhone what I do is send the video via messenger to my old Android and upload the video this way with no problem at all.
In regards of uploading photo, iPhone has a tendency not very cooperative if you upload more than 5 photos sometimes only 4. Try to upload your photos couple times.
