Adding a Road/Street or a Landmark that should be on Google map

This post is for the peoples who live in India along with using english language in google map. Apart from that it may be helpful for the others too but you have to check whether these steps are working or not.

Adding a Road, street or a landmark on Google map is very simple task but quite different than adding a missing place. So here are easy steps that you can follow if you want to do so-

1. Go to the Hamburger Button(icon with three horizontal lines).

2. Scroll down and to the Send feedback option.

3. Choose either Missing place or Missing road whatever you want to do.

4. Now follow the same steps as you do while adding a missing place on Google map i.e. fill all the entries and submit and wait till it approved.

And after some time if it will be approved that means your entry is successfully added.

Please always refer to the official support articles @PrabhatSoni as the directions often change. The official support articles are kept in sync with Maps behaviour. People seeing this post two or three months from now my have to follow a different procedure and may become confused. Maps can also look different depending on where you are in the world and your language settings. The official articles take this into account.
