Hello please help. When I add a new place how long before I can write a review. When will the new place be added to Google Maps?

@HanlieP my experience after adding place you can check via google maps-your contributions-edit,and you can see list your place approved, not applied, or pending, if approved you can open name your add place and write your riview there

Each country and even city seems different. Then there is the type of business that you are adding and how the business is addressing their online presence.
Generally, you should be able to write a review shortly after adding the place.
If the place doesn’t have an online presence you could offer to set up a Facebook page or something similar.
Second, make sure to add as much information as possible about a place. The more information available the easier it is for Google Maps. Again, evaluate their online presence. Besides that does the business have a Google Business Account?
You could assist the business by setting up a Google Business Account. This works two fold.
First, a Google Business Account varifies the business. This means that they are recognised by Google. With a Google Business Account the business has other options.
Second, you could learn a new marketable skill. A skill that many people want.

Mine was approved more than 24 hours ago and still I’m not able to write a review.

When an edit is approved, as in this case a new place, you should be able to open the listing through the direct link in your contributions, under the “edits” tab, and to write a review immediately. Wich kind of place did you added? Can you share a screenshot with us for a check?

my experience just a view hour lately but before some place need to wait till 24 hours
