A few tips:
Did you add photos clearly showing the front of the restaurant with an unobstructed view of the name?
Did you the phone number?
Does the show have it’s own and dedicated website? If so please use that.
And please select a more specific category than just Restaurant.
Those are probably the most important tips.
Also, you could add the opening date and opening hours. And if the place is inside a mall or something this can be added also as “Located in”.
But as @MAHMOUDALWAN mentioned there could also be a system issue, but most often it is a lack of info that prevents this approval.
PS: did you try making a text search for the restaurant. Maybe someone added it before you.

I am facing this issue same with you.
I input the all information (let say Name in Chinese or English, Map Maker, web site, Category, Phone, Business hour and address).
But still couldn’t be verify by Google AI.
Any experts can advise on this?
