Some time back, I added a place on google maps; a primary school in a small village in India. The place also got published on google maps and can be found here, https://goo.gl/maps/VuoWguThbqyQbm459
But when I try to google for it or try to find it in the maps, i can’t really find it;
Please have a look at the screenshots.
This is very frustrating as people are not able to search for it in the maps; only when they have the direct link, they are able to access it.
Can you please tell me how can I make it appear on the map?

The place is there. With your review and photos.
Not all places are shown on the map with a pin. If you can find it via a text search, then it Is on the map.
Please elaborate on why / how you can not find it.

The search on google maps doesn’t show any results at all even when i copy paste the exact name.
The search on google search page (not maps) with me copying/pasting the exact name shows many results but certainly not the result I want to see.
bro try to ( Clear cache ) your google map app and ( Force stop ) it … then open app again …

Did you find it on google search? or did you click on the link that i gave in my post?
Clicking on that link does bring it up in the map, but when you search google for google maps, then I am not able to find it!

It’s nice to know you are adding your local locations on maps 
According to me, you should wait for 2 days. It will surely appear on browsers/web search.
Same thing I have experienced when I had added some locations. But now all of them are visible on web.
So waiting for some days will be better.

Coming back to the query; I added this listing months ago, and it is still not appearing on google search; that is what is troubling me.

So no one knows why my listing doesn’t show up on google search or google maps search?
I only used the Google Maps search engine to find, what happens is that the places appear more when they have more searches … and at least the map must be zoomed in or down to make it appear … but if your place is on the Map. Greetings
