Can someone guide me on how to add a place with shapes in Google maps? I know there is a feature to add a missing place in maps but that is just adding a place. I cannot draw the shape of the place.

What do you mean? Can you explain your issue?
If you see the screenshot below, I added Vinay books and Stationery but it does not have any shape like Balram bike point. So my question is how to add shape to the place when I’m adding a missing place in Google maps.

Unfortunately Local Guides cannot change or choose the icons of the place added. It’s going to depend on the category chosen at the moment of the addition. Hope you will find this information helpful. =)
