How can I add a picture in Google maps to cities & towns? I live in a small village in Belgium (https://www.google.be/maps/place/3201+Wolfsdonk/@51.0292391,4.9068252,15z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x47c14449ce7bc96b:0xe516c1ced3b7ff69!8m2!3d51.02924!4d4.91558) and I want to add a picture, but I can’t find the option anywhere…
Can someone help me out?
You can only add photos, videos, like certain places, businesses, monuments, parks. Local guides cannot add photos to areas such as villages, cities, etc. @JoVerveck
Hope it’s clear in your mind.
If you want to add photos in the village then there is another way to add photos.
Open the gallery app on your mobile.
Select photo from gallery you want to share on the map
Select sharing option
Select Google maps
Search the village or locality
and share your photo on the map.

As clearly indicated by @NareshDarji , you can’t add photos to geographical location. The photos that you see when you search for a city or an address in Google Maps are selected by Google Maps from the Listing around the location.
The places where the “add a photo” button is missing are places where you cannot add photos, and bypassing the rule, (e.g. following the procedure indicated by Naresh) is a violation of the program. For more details please read: Add, remove, or share photos and videos “You can’t add photos or videos to addresses or coordinate”

Hello @JoVerveck ,you also share the picture of your city or town to Google Street view where you take a 360 view of your village and post the picture on Google Street view
