I looked at the area. Obviously the roads are there already. So that is not the problem, right?
Also, there are many house outlines. So that is probably also not the problem.
Are you concerned that some house numbers are missing?
Or is your concern that some places of interest are missing. In this case, you can move forward and start adding them.
If you elaborate on what you think is missing I might be able to point you in the right direction.

I have never been there, so please make a list of the wrong street names with the correct street names next to them.
With that I would be able to instruct you on how to correct them.
An alternative solution would be to get the developers who assigned wrong temporary street names to clean up the mess.
