This is Chicken Suta Kebab from Adam’s Kebab Shop of famous Zakaria Street of Kolkata, India.
This is made by smashing the meat either of chicken or mutton or it may beef, and put it in the sheek and tied with suta (thread). And then put it into the heated coal top to grill. It tastes good enough to visit once again.
