Achu delicacy

Achu is a traditional meal originated from the “ngemba people” in the North West Region of Cameroon. It is a misture of pounded coco yam and pounded banana, and the achu soup is made with red oil, a mixture of traditional spices, meat and canda. Traditionally achu is been served in a banana leaf, and trust me it taste better in a leaf. Don’t visit cameroon without having a taste of this regalia… You can have a taste of this delicious meal @stjoyce restaurant yaounde

Hey @Chicareen ,

This is the first time I hear of Achu. I am really curious to give it a try one day. Do you usually combine it with something?

By the way, I’ve noticed that your post has a German language label. Please note that I’ve removed it as your post is written in English.
