Account suspended

I have a local guide account that was suspended. I pleaded two times for reinstatement and both time I got a positive reply, but the account it’s still blocked. I tried on Twitter and I got no help, it was replied to connect here, where that account is suspended and I can’t post. I hope someone can help here. This is one of the replies I got from the assistance:

Hi @user_not_found

You will probably need help from a kind Google moderator like @DeniGu on this.

But creating a second account on Connect is clearly against the guidelines.

Suspended local guides can still read (but not post) on Connect. So please leave the program with your second account.

Suspended local guides can find help in my tutorial called How to Get In and Out of Trouble as a Local Guide.

As described in the tutorial you should reply to the email and ask for more help. Also please note that you need to enroll again in the program after a suspension.

Thanks. I need this account just hoping that someone helps me here, then I’ll delete it. As I said the assistance assured me twice that my other real account is ok, and Twitter assistance told me to write here… ah ah, but I’m banned:

Twitter people in Google Maps is no longer involved in this kind of issue.

The only way is to contact the Local Guides Team following the instructions in here: Why was I removed from the Local Guides program?

"If you think you may have been wrongfully removed from the program and your account hasn’t been reinstated for more than 10 days, don’t create a new account to post on Connect. (That’s against our program rules, too.)

Instead, fill out the Appeal form, letting us know you’ve been removed. Be sure to provide us with your Google Maps profile URL so we can look into it. It can take up to three weeks to investigate banned accounts, so please be patient. Our team will reach out privately as soon as we have an update.

Close this account now. Having two accounts is against the program rules

Thanks, I used the appeal form twice, and both times I got emails like this from the assistance that they solved the problem:

To get back full access to the forum and all the benefits of our community, sign in to Connect. Or, visit your Local Guides Homepage and sign up for the program.

But I’m still banned, and I can’t sign up either.

@MortenCopenhagen thanks, tomorrow I’ll follow the guide and see how to delete this account. It’s late in Italy now.

Closing this account. If anyone from the assistance could help, I’ll appreciate that. As I said the appeal resulted in a positive feedback, but no actual solution, as I’m still banned and I can’t either join the program again.
