I have a local guide account that was suspended. I pleaded two times for reinstatement and both time I got a positive reply, but the account it’s still blocked. I tried on Twitter and I got no help, it was replied to connect here, where that account is suspended and I can’t post. I hope someone can help here. This is one of the replies I got from the assistance:

As described in the tutorial you should reply to the email and ask for more help. Also please note that you need to enroll again in the program after a suspension.

Instead, fill out the Appeal form, letting us know you’ve been removed. Be sure to provide us with your Google Maps profile URL so we can look into it. It can take up to three weeks to investigate banned accounts, so please be patient. Our team will reach out privately as soon as we have an update.

Closing this account. If anyone from the assistance could help, I’ll appreciate that. As I said the appeal resulted in a positive feedback, but no actual solution, as I’m still banned and I can’t either join the program again.
