this is regarding my sons local guide account last month in February he came to know that his account is being suspended, so he contacted local guide team via facebook twitter and mails, and now 2 days ago he got mail that his account is now unsuspended but when he goes to sign up page it didnt signup just loading symbol shows up and after few minute it shows page is unresponsive

they said they need more time to check into this matter but now it’s almost 2 weeks no r reply from them , he was about to signup for street view trusted photographer as he completed 50 aproved 360 photographs but now he can’t because he have to be local guide first to sign-up and now since 2 weeks he is still waiting for their reply! It’s almost 2 month now being sissuspen from programme And now they are not even replying to mail
