Accessories from two native tribes

Two days ago @ChinonsoOnukwugha and @Uceey10 did a virtual meetup where people could show something from each one culture.

@Muhammad_Usman asked me before more about the earrings and the necklace that I showed durring the meetup.

I decide post here because I don’t know if anyone else would you like to see it better.

All the accessories are from 2 different tribes from Brazil.

These two first are from the Pataxó tribe (the link is in portuguese, but Google Translate could help on this ? )

This tribe is in my state: Minas Gerais , near to Carmésia (a small town).

  • The wooden stick is for holding hair;

  • The earring is from feather and is normal use only one.

(I already wrote about a experience that I lived there. You can read it here if you want)

These two are from a urban native tribe called Marçal de Souza. They are Guarani. Is in Campo Grande, capital of Mato Grosso do Sul.

  • The necklase and the earring was my friend who made it and gave to me, in a in a female empowerment training in São Paulo last year.

Thanks for read it and if you would like to know more about the virtual meetup ‘LG Cultures Around the World’, here are three recaps how was it:
