Working as CMM Municipal Council Nagda, I observed people of age above 60 years and PwD faces a
at Municipal Council (MC) and other buildings of MC. So the services and benefits could not reach to them effectively.
So i worked with representatives and Officers to solve these issue and chalked out a solution. We have converted all the buildings of MC with Accessibility features for PwD and Old age. We Set an example of not only making the accessible campus of MC office but has provided the accessibility features to all MC shopping complexes, Community Hall, Rain Basera, Anand Ghar , Bus Stand, Atal Nisarg Garden, Swimming Pool etc.
I added all the MC buildings on Google map and updated pics of Map with Accessibility features so that people can come and use the services with out any problem. For providing such services we have been
Honored by National award for the empowerment of PwD with Disabilities by Honorable Vice President of India during Year 2018 with Citation, Memento**.**
