Accessible London 2021

Hello everyone!

I invite you to a Google Local Guides face-to-face meet-up in London, which will be on Sunday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. This time we are going to focus on accessibility, in commemoration of Accessibility Awareness Month and International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which falls very close to the day of the meet-up.

This meet-up is within the global series of meet-ups by Local Guides called WAW (Worldwide Accessibility Walk) that focuses on adding information about accessibility in Maps, through photos, videos, editing the functionalities of places, and more, in meet-ups in which we also help others to learn more about the subject and be more aware of the accessibility and needs of people with different types of disabilities. As you all know, this year the meet-ups hosted by me also fall under #mapsforall series 2021 (which focuses on helping local businesses, map Accessibility information, learn, share tips & do fun Map edits to reflect Inclusivity for all).

Date and time: Sunday 5/12 at 11 am
Meeting Point : Burgess Park entrance (Albany road)

RSVP here ! Looking forward to meeting you soon !

Hi @Doha22 ,

You’re welcome! I wanted to let you know that you can tag a member when you comment so as to send a notification to the person you reply to. This way they know that you are talking to them. To do so, you just need to digit the symbol @ and the username without space between them, like I just did now.
