Vision-impaired people need to do financial transactions at bank ATMs. The blind and vision-impaired citizens of Gurugram are increasingly visiting various bank ATMs and are in need of Talking/Voice ATMs. These are regular ATM machines that have an additional 3.5 mm jack for inserting the headphone plug so that they can listen to the instructions without actually looking at the screen to perform transactions like withdrawing cash from the ATM, balance inquiry, and ATM Pin change. In Gurugram Sector 10 there are several bank ATM machines installed everywhere. We will visit various bank ATMs in Gurugram and: 1. Check the availability of a 3.5 mm audio jack. 2. Check if the 3.5 mm audio jack is operational. 3. Check if the number pad of ATM has raised symbols. 4. Check if the push buttons on the ATM has Braille letters. 5.
