Last week I have been to a local Land Office in our area for mutation work for a few of our lands; I am pleased to see the accessible 
facilities in the office, the office has accessible facilities for persons with disabilities.
There is a big ramp for wheelchair user implemented in our local government offices, this a very root level government office. Now the peoples who uses wheelchair can also come to the local land office and take their service by themselves without help of others.
The main entrance, throughout the walkway from main road to the office is completely accessible as well for wheelchair users. I hope other local offices also add ramp for wheelchair users like this office.

Now a days people are very aware about accessibility issues, i saw many school and shops in village area also adding ramps for wheelchair users although none coming using wheelchairs, thank you for adding your valuable inputs @TravellerG
