We are going to organize a Accessibility Walk, part of the Worldwide Accessibility Walk (WAW) 2019. Great initiative @MadanKPradhan , I love that more and more meet-ups are taking up this cause.
How do you think the situation is evolving in Nepal in general? Do you think more places are being made accessible to wheelchairs?

Thanks @MortenSI . The situation in Nepal is pretty poor. The streets are also not wheelchair friendly, so they are on the roads with the other traffic.
Regarding building, they aren’t wheelchair friendly as well. Lot of improvement is needed in Government buildings as well as private one.
Some of the new building with lifts are accessible by wheelchair but most of them aren’t. There are ramps in some government building & hospital but require other’s help to use it as they are not made with standards. Most of the building if accessible through wheelchair are only for first floor as there isn’t any lift or ramps for the next floor.
