Access denied to the Street View section, although I was welcomed to the Street View Trusted Program

HI @SonyaN

I also received the same form “Welcome to Trusted”

But when I click on your link here to see a list of the moderators,

I land on a page that says “access denied” as shown here:

Do you know what is going on here? as I have no way of

tagging any moderators or asking them any questions, thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @kdkat ,

Congratulations on becoming a Street View trusted photographer! There’s currently a known issue where photographers like yourself who’ve recently gained the trusted certification are not getting the trusted badge on Local Guides Connect and cannot access the restricted Street View boards on here. The post that lists all Street View moderators is published on one of these boards which is why you cannot see it. This is actively being worked on and hopefully will be resolved soon.
